About ProbED
Our Story
ProbED was founded in early 2025 under the parent company NForcePro. Our technical leadership team, consisting of Raju VK and Srinivas, brings many years of experience in commercializing various solutions and platforms.
We're committed to helping students and those in the workforce upgrade their skills to become more marketable to prospective employers. It does not matter whether your plans involve attending college or learning a trade.
Why is this important? Mathematics and the various sciences are essential in fields such as supply chain, computer programming, manufacturing, process improvement, accounting, data analysis, and many other business areas where critical thinking is vital.
The Skills Gap Challenge
A well-known CEO indicated the real reason his company chose China for manufacturing is because of the skill, the quantity of skill in one location, and the type of skill — it's not because of labor cost.
He elaborated on the advanced tooling and precision required to produce his products. The bottom line — the US does not have enough workers skilled in math and science, and China does.
